Frequently Asked Questions
Standard US orders are printed and dispatched within 24–48 hours via USPS or DHL. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
If your garment arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, send us a photo within 30 days and we will immediately issue a free replacement order without needing you to return the item!
To prevent statement confusion, all transactions are billed as SARCASMMUGS on your card billing statement.
